 Nomad visa 

 Italy has formally lauched its nomad visa program in 2024.

The program is addressed to non-EU /non-EEA foreigners who have an employment contract outside Italy and who earn at least EUR 28,000 per year.

 Foreigners married to Italian nationals can acquire Italian citizenship by marriage provided that they have been legally married for at least 2 years.

–  short-term and long-term visa application assistance (Ukrainians are exempt from short-term visa requirements only if they hold a biometric passport),

Employee transfer to Italy   Employee transfer is done under the intra-company transfer program and it is addressed to employees working in companies abroad that have also set up an office in Italy.
