Pietro Derossi

Pietro Derossi is our immigration lawyer in Italy and an associate lawyer at Lexia Avvocati. He is the Head of the Global Mobility & Immigration Team and is registered with the Milan Bar Association. He is experienced in immigration issues, citizenship both via administrative and judicial proceedings and international protection.

Derossi provides legal assistance to natural persons and legal entities for any type of visa and residence permits. He also offers legal assistance for intra-company transfer, investments, elective residency, innovative start-up, freelance work, family unity, etc.

He graduated from Law School (University of Turin) with distinctions and honorable mention and he published numerous research articles regarding Italian and European Immigration Law.
